"As a curvy, 50yr old, regular but not particularly enthusiastic gym goer, I signed up for six weeks of PT sessions with Juliet. I thought I knew my way around fitness and nutrition, but Juliet brought her expertise to each session, encouraging and pushing me to progress each week. The one-to-one dedicated support worked so well for me, and Juliet’s friendly, relaxed, but professional approach was a good fit for what I was looking for. I enjoyed the programme Juliet designed around my specific needs, and after the course of six sessions, I could feel that my fitness had improved, and I’d lost 7lbs. If you feel like you could do with an expert nudge in the direction of improved health, wellbeing and fitness, I can highly recommend Juliet’s PT sessions!"

"I look forward to Juliet’s classes because she welcomes everyone to the session and she demonstrates every exercise clearly. Juliet has such an extensive knowledge of exercise and general fitness and I have great confidence in her as an instructor. I am always ready to work hard because I know I am exercising safely with her.
Whilst we are working hard, the classes have a lovely friendly atmosphere. We do laugh and joke while we are getting the work done. When Juliet gives individual guidance during classes it is always done discreetly so we always feel free to ask questions, which is important to me.
Juliet is an inspirational personal trainer and so good at recognising how to set exercises which are challenging but achievable with the necessary time and effort. Juliet encourages me to keep working and improving week by week. I always feel a great sense of achievement afterwards.
I am stronger than I have ever been through attending Juliet’s classes and I am more motivated to maintain fitness through regular exercise and a good diet. It is important to me to have good health and strength so that I can maintain my independence as I get older.
I attend Juliet’s classes regularly because I enjoy them but also, I welcome her advice on training and diet."
